To celebrate the one of the greatest shows of the year and of the final date of Bonobo’s North Border tour at Alexandra Palace, Soundcrash carry on the party at Scala.

One  incredible all-nighter, with an epic line-up featuring Los Angeles beats pioneer Daedelus, Warp Record’s Dark Star and more….

Ticket holders of the Alexandra Palace gig receive a discounted ticket price, and general tickets will also be on sale, for one incredible evening.

Daedelus (Ninja Tune / L.A. / Exclusive Archimedes Set)

LA Producer Daedelus is An inventor. A creator. Using a ridiculous variety of samples, recombining sounds from an eclectic palette into an innovative genre all of his own, Daedelus crafts some frankly unbelievable beats in front of your eyes…

The gentleman (known as Alfred Darlington to his family) has over two dozen releases on a variety of labels and has collaborated with musicians in many worlds, electronic, jazz, hip hop and more. Having performed over a thousand shows for audiences on five continents, the founding father of the LA ‘Beat Scene’ now heads to Scala for one hell of an afterparty, and he brings with him his new invention Archimedes.

Archimedes features 36 large, moving mirrors, which interact with short-throw projectors that shine video content, colour and shape against the mirrors so you can see the image projected as well as the reflected surroundings in the surface. Archimedes makes for a visually striking electronic show which will be the prefect way to carry on your evening. Prepare to be amazed.

Dark Star (Warp / DJ set)

Dark Star create music that strikes. Beautifully emotive and with creative musical depth, the trio have created rhythms to bounce your head to, vocals to sing along to and meandering instrumental breaks to get lost in.  Dark Star started as a production duo releasing 12″ inches on their own label 2010 Records and releasing seminal singles such as “Need U” and “Aidy’s Girl is a Computer” on the Hyperdub imprint. Tonight they jump on the decks at Scala to keep you moving after the Alexandra Palace show. Don’t forget your dancing shoes.

Plus a special guest yet to be announced, and many more
