Chxrry makes a lasting impression with her music. Beckoning you to sit shotgun in the passenger seat, she’ll hit the gas and guide you through wild nights that stretch into hazy mornings, the ups and downs of short-lived hookups, and all the excitement of being a Gen-Z twenty-something with nothing to lose and all the time in the world. These wild rides are set to a soundtrack of smoked-out alternative R&B jet-fueled by pop appeal. Growing up, Chxrry went from honing her voice as a kid in the Toronto neighborhood of Scarborough to kicking her career into high gear in Atlanta during 2017. Building buzz independently, she attracted XO to her corner and became its “first female signing.” She dropped The Other Side EP [2022] and Siren EP [2023]—which included “Favorite Girl” [feat. Offset]. She shined as a dynamic performer on stage in stadiums across Australia and New Zealand with The Weeknd, cementing her reputation as a global performer. She also supported Mariah The Scientist on tour, with artists such as Rema and Destin Conrad bringing her out repeatedly in Toronto to represent. Kicking off 2026, Chxrry expanded her international reach with European tour dates supporting Mariah The Scientist. During 2025, she leveled up with her very own song of the summer “Main Character.” It surged as her most successful anthem to date, piling up millions of streams, powering social media videos by everyone from Chlöe Bailey to Angel Reese, and garnering acclaim from i-D, WONDERLAND Magazine, Billboard, and more. However, it all just set the stage for her 2026 full-length debut album [XO/Republic Records] and much more to come. After stacking up over 100 million streams and inciting the applause of UPROXX, Complex, Entertainment Tonight, Vibe, and more, the singer, songwriter, and phenomenon continues to leave a mark.
