About Stormy

Born in Rabat, Morocco, in 1997, Stormy has become one of the most distinctive voices in North African hip hop, blending sharp lyricism with melodic versatility across Moroccan Arabic and French. He broke through with “Fratello” (2020) alongside Khtek and Tagne, followed by the collaborative project “Jackpot” (2021). His 2024 solo debut album, “Iceberg”, marked a turning point — debuting at #6 on Spotify’s Global Debut Album Chart and reaching 10 million streams in just 15 days.

Moving fluidly between hip hop, afrobeat, Brazilian funk, trap and drill, Stormy has racked up 1.3M monthly Spotify listeners, 1.8M Spotify followers and over 430M YouTube video views, including 45M+ views on his hit “Popo.” His rise has brought major brand partnerships, including a campaign with Inwi alongside Achraf Hakimi, as well as sold-out shows across Morocco and France.

Now, Stormy brings his high-energy, genre-defying sound to London for the very first time — a must-see debut from one of Moroccan rap’s most exciting rising stars.
