    Event Proposal Guidance
    If you’ve not worked with us before we recommend you include the following in your proposal: brand name, running times, entertainment, bands, DJs, music genre, the demographic of those attending, the capacity you usually sell too and where in London you’ve previously run your events.
    Save your proposal document as PDF at no more than 4MB in size, then use the “select file” on the form above to attach your PDF.
