About Trueno
Trueno began his career by standing out in freestyle battles, where he was crowned the
champion of the Red Bull Batalla de Gallos and the Argentine championship of
FMS (Freestyle Masters Series). Among his recent milestones is paying tribute to
the 50th anniversary of hip hop with the iconic Cypress Hill, with whom he released a
remix and video of “FUCK EL POLICE.” He has dazzled the music industry with
his Tiny Desk performance and made a splash at the Coca Cola Music Experience
2023 in Spain with his spectacular live show. In 2023 he was awarded four Gardel
Awards in Argentina, including the coveted Gardel de Oro for his acclaimed album
“Bien o Mal.”
In 2023, Trueno toured worldwide, including major events such as Primavera Sound
in Spain and the LAMC in Central Park (New York). For 2024, Trueno has a new
album to be released in 2024. The year is packed with a global tour, including
appearances at Isle Of Light in the Dominican Republic and the Roskilde Festival
2024 in Denmark among many others.
Trueno has over 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify, his YouTube channel has 6
million subscribers and almost two billion views. His Instagram profile is equally
impressive with over 7 million followers.
