About Penomeco, Punchnello, and Millic
Cult of Ya is proud to present a unique showcase of some of the most notable rising Korean hip hop artists of today: Penomeco, Punchnello and Millic.
Penomeco (Fanxychild / Millionmarket)
Often cited as Zico’s favourite rapper, it’s no surprise Penomeco has collaborated with him on various hits including “Yes or No”, “Fanxychild”, “Paradise”, and “L.I.E.”. A prolific artist in his own right, Penomeco has dropped addictively catchy tracks “Hunnit”, and “WTF” under his label Million Market. With numerous collaborations with Fanxychild crew mates (Zico, Crush, Dean, Millic) under his belt, young Penomeco is one of the most notable artists in the Korean hip hop scene.
Working closely with Penomeco and Crush on the track “For You” is the stellar rapper Punchnello of Club Eskimo crew. Due to his versatile and instantly identifiable rhyme style, Punchnello has collaborated with DPR LIVE on “God Bless” and “Eung Freestyle”, with Crush on “Corona”, and with OffonOff on “Good2Me”, with Punchnello often taking center stage.
Millic (Fanxychild / Clubeskimo)
Behind every great artist is an incredible producer, and Millic is no exception. A leading producer and DJ of Fanxychild and Club Eskimo crews, Millic’s latest album “VIDA” includes the megahit “Paradise” featuring all Fanxychild artists, and various collaborations with Rejjie Snow, Ta-ku, and Julius just to name a few. As producer behind many of Punchnello’s hit tracks and collaborations with Penomeco, Millic will be on decks all night, bringing incredible musical chemistry with his crew mates on stage.
