Much loved, much missed gay club Popstarz returns for one night only on Friday March 22nd 2019 as part of the week-long Scala 20th birthday celebrations.
The Scala was home to Popstarz for 8 of it’s 19 years and has always been the perfect space for the major clubland legend.
Just like in the Good Old Days there’ll be three rooms of tunes –
Main Room : Indie
Room 2: Pop guilty pleasures
Room 3: RnB
plus chill our Glass Bar and smoking garden
There’s special celebrity performances including Dan Gillespie Sells lead singer of number one selling band The Feeling. Dan will be joined by some very special chart topping performers – more details soon.
To celebrate THE GOOD OLD DAYS of the Scala prices are going back to what they were in 1999 ! FREE entry B4 11pm. £8 after. Plus there’s 2-4-1 drinks B4 11pm – just like in the good old days.

Popstarz believes in giving back to our community. We are giving part of our door money to London Friend an organisation that offers help and support to the LGBT community including; Counselling, Drug & Alcohol Use, LGBT refugees & Asylum Seekers, Sexual Health, Domestic Abuse and more.
