How we respond

We respond Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm by email or using your alternative phone number. We’ll let you know if it was found or not.

How to make an appointment to collect ASAP

If we’ve found your phone, you’ll need to make an appointment to collect it as soon as possible. We hold your phone for collection for a limited time, typically up to 3 weeks from the date it was lost. Appointment hours are Monday to Friday from 11am and before 6pm. If these hours are difficult for you please let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange a solution for you.

Please do not arrive at our box office without an appointment. This is because our management team may not be readily available to release your phone from secure storage and your journey may be wasted.
