How we respond
We respond Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm by email or phone. We’ll let you know whether or not we found your property or confirm that we have your property in our cloakroom.
How to make an appointment to collect ASAP
If we’ve found your item, you’ll need to make an appointment to collect it as soon as possible. We hold your item for collection for a limited time, typically up to 3 weeks from the date it was lost. Appointment hours are Monday to Friday from 11am and before 6pm. If these hours are difficult for you please let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange a solution for you.
Please do not arrive at our box office without an appointment. This is because our management team may not be readily available to release your item from secure storage and your journey may be wasted.
