The style of the Ukrainian band TIK, formed in 2005, might be wildly described as folk-punk-rock. The band’s songs are all about their attitude to what catches their eye at some particular moment, be it frogs, children, cakes, flowers or even teachers! The texts of their songs are filled with irony and humour. Combine this with music often played at village weddings and you get a very distinctive concoction named TIK BAND.
